I have always enjoyed exercising and became a trainer in 1992, I studied the body and nutrition and competed as a natural bodybuilder for years. Throughout the years I have created simple exercise routines for individuals to acheive their specific goals which may be adding muscle to their physique, or increasing their cardio fitness or one of my favourites getting a person to feel confident about their bodies through exercise, and most of the time the results didn't come from using expensive exercise equipment but genuinely being able to listen & let an individual trust you in not making them feel silly but by being honest with where their at health wise. I train each individual to what their level of fitness is, the types of exercises I may perscribe could be walking, running, swimming, treading water, sprints in the ocean, hill climbs etc. I enjoy training office staff (joys of exercising in confine spaces) to increase their mobility & flexibility and increasing OH&S awareness in the workplace.
