The philosophy of Fit Physiques Online Personal Training, Exercise and Nutrition programs is based on 14 years of teaching Health and Physical Education and Certificate IV Personal Training. The online personal training program operates through a simple scientific and physiological approach on how the body function's and more specifically how your energy system works to burn fat and build muscle. Science is fact!!!!! Fad diets and 'magic' pills dont work. Our services includes online personal training programs such as nutrition plans, exercise programs to develop fitness, weight management and education all designed for you to lose weight and improve overall fitness. I used to get frustrated watching people at gyms being charged $70-$150 per hour for a personal trainer and the same for a Dietician just for weight management strategies, weight loss, train for an event or prepare to look their best for a special occasion. This is not an affordable option for most people to stick to. Considering I have taught many thousands of personal trainers over the years and continue to do so, and written many different types of programs, I figured I could help many more people by offering my service online whilst being far cheaper!!!... not to mention more qualified than regular personal trainers.
