In The Zone PT will always be a place to find your ZONE In The Zone PT is a brand new fitness studio situated in the heart of Macrossan St. The studio features a clean modern design with 70 + square meters of space that has been maximised to provide our clients with an intimate and intense workout environment. With our dedicated team of (personal trainers) instructors, world class NXT Spinning? bikes, military gear, core training, boxing and a class that purposely maxes out at ten, to keep that personal touch. In The ZONE PT studio is hard to miss, so why not come drop inside our port sanctuary to clear your mind and find your Zone. Military Cross If you are after a session that is slightly different but has you sweating Simon signature military classes are for you. The sessions delve into the ideals of cross fit training however are designed to have everyone achieving their goals. A combination of functional movement, bodyweight exercises and equipment with an edge are utilised to give you an all over burn. Spinning If you a chasing that vigorous workout that leaves you wanting more than spinning is for you. The sessions get you in that fat burn zone, burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape. The intensity of the workout is up to the individual rider; however your instructor will have their eye on you making sure you are pushing yourself to maintain high intensity using cadence and resistance to climb over mountains and fly down hills.
