F.F.F. BOOTCAMP on the beach is specialized focused exercise just like Personal Training except on the beach in Surfers Paradise. Training that strengthens & tones your entire body while helping to build muscle and encourage fat loss. Every session is Fresh, Challenging and Entertaining with no 2 sessions ever the same. We do military style training with Resistance Bands, Sand bag Weights, Skipping Ropes etc; combined with interval training which is proven to be the fastest & most effective way to burn body fat. Over a short period of time this type of training helps to develop a sculpted and streamlined physique. There are 2 SESSIONS per WEEK every week on TUESDAYS 6 -7 am FRIDAYS 6 -7 am TODAYS SPECIAL: Special Rates for 4 WEEKS - $100 OUR GOAL IS SIMPLE: We want you to WANT to work out, to LOVE working out, to get HOOKED on working out. FUN FIT FABULOUS aims to work with you to ensure you reach your goals (Mentally and Physically), whatever they may be, long or short-term. Our members are all committed to creating a lean, healthy, beautifully attractive body. The secret to staying fit and keeping weight off for life not only requires exercise and education, but also Motivation & Inspiration?.
