I am a personal trainer, group fitness and boxing instructor, and a registered nurse. I have many years experience assisting people to achieve their fitness and health goals, and to lead a better life. I completely personalise your exercise and nutrition program to your needs and objectives. I can assist you whether you are targeting fat loss, toning, building muscle, strength, endurance, flexibility, general health, and more. I provide guidance for healthy nutritional eating, and for lifestyle changes that you will be able to manage, and most importantly, that you can maintain long-term. Together we will start by mapping out a plan of attack! Then we will work on achieving your goals so that you can live the life you want, and be the person you want to be. Soon you will look and feel fitter, healthier, and happier! Exercise sessions are held at the park or beach, your home, or the gym. Training is available one-to-one, paired, and in groups. Service is convenient and affordable. You can either book for one session, a multi-week discount pack, or a trial 3 pack.
