Personal Training - With personal training you get a personalised program that is developed for your exact needs. You also get on going help with your goal setting and your nutrition to make sure you are staying on track to reach your desired outcome. All equipment is provided for you, all you need to do is turn up with a towel and water bottle and 100% effort. 2. Group Outdoor Fitness - Is a cheap and easy way to loose weight, keep fit and have fun! You get to meet a number of different people, have fun and enjoy the outdoors. There is no penalty if you donâ??t attend and you donâ??t need to book in, you can just show up. All equipment is provided for you, all you need to do is show up with a can do attitude. 3. Mobile Personal Training - We come to you!! We come to your house and we can train in the comfort of your own home or the surrounding areas.
