A little background reading: I used to weigh 150.1 kilograms and spent a good portion of my adolescence and adulthood feeling unhappy; smoking, eating, sleeping and drinking my way through a rather unhealthy lifestyle. Fast track past the yo-yo dieting and inevitable struggles, I came to a point: it was do something or die trying. I knew this was going to be a long and difficult road, but with persistence, consistence and a lot of hard work, I pulled through. I've lost nearly 70 kilograms and have completely turned my life around. The journey has had such an impact that it is now my life, I live and breathe fitness and try to walk my talk every day. It has inspired me to study fitness and become a trainer so that I may help others achieve their health and fitness goals, whatever it takes. --- What to expect: If you train with me, first we'll do a complimentary health and fitness assessment, discuss and define your goals and then run through a free personal training session. After that, you need to be willing to put in the work and never give up till you've succeeded. Don't expect a quick fix or instantaneous results because these things take time, and the longer you've let it go the more work we need to do. The effort you put in will be what gets you your results, so the more consistent you are with your training as well as nutrition, the better. If you've been struggling with your weight and personal image for any amount of time, please don't give up because there is always a chance to turn the situation around.
