Whether you want to maintain your current wellbeing or perhaps, lack confidence and need to start from scratch - we have the skills and the dedication, to meet you at the level that feels right for you. Our particular passion is the prevention and management of chronic conditions. Diabetes, heart conditions, arthritis and osteoporosis are just some examples of conditions that can be improved with the right exercise. And with two instructors in each class, we can cater for individual needs. Our classes are friendly, safe, non-intimidating and reasonably priced.
