I operate my Mobile Training services in the Mitchelton and Northern Brisbane suburbs at local parks or your home, I provide my own equipment and come to you at a time that is convenient around your working schedule. Current fees are: 1 Person $50ph - $35 1/2hr 2 People $35ph - $25 1/2hr It doesn't matter even if you are an absolute beginner, most of my clients were not even able to complete a single situp before starting with me and with proper exercise, corrections in diet, strength, and posture in a short amount of time my clients have said things like: - I haven't been able to bend that way in years! - It's like I have a brand new bum! - I can tie my own shoes again! - I've had to throw out all my old knickers and buy new ones! I have a lot of unique equipment that you will find exciting, fun and new to challenge yourself in your fitness endeavour, some equipment you might see in gyms in coming months, other equipment you may never see elsewhere. If you want to have the knoweledge to make smart diet decisions, know what exercise is best for what goals and how to gain the strength you need to function exceptionally in daily life, know how to correct postural and muscular deficienciesas as well as tips on how to avoid common pitfalls when enjoying a social life with others, I will give you that advantage. - Opening Hours:
