Individual Fitness Booty Camps (ladies only boot camp) offer you maximum results in minimum time, targeting fat loss , increased muscle and strenght. Camps run for 4 weeks with 45min sessions held at various Cairns Northern Beaches locations every Wednesday and Friday at 5.45am. ALL FITNESS LEVELS WELCOME! Individual Fitness AquaFit sessions are held in the heated pool at the Northern Beaches SwimSchool, located at the Sun Pacific Language School, Kewarra Beach , just down from TAS.
