Hello Weekend Warriors! My name is Leif and I run an exciting, intense and dynamic group cardio class at Kangaroo Point Cliffs and Coorparoo Boxing Gym called Team Kaos! I am a qualified Personal Trainer with over 4 years experience in Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts. Team Kaos has been up and running for over 2 years and is still going strong! Team Kaos is a mixture of Aerobic and Cardiovascular training, Boxing, Kickboxing, Circuit training, core strength conditioning and fitness games!
