I have helped people achieve a wide range of goals including : â?¢ Decrease in weight, be it 5kg or 20kg+ â?¢ Training for your first fun run or triathlon, â?¢ Decreases in body fat, â?¢ Rehabilitation â?? Knee replacement or reconstruction, lower back injuries, shoulder dislocations etc. and those niggles you put down to old age? i can help you with those too! â?¢ Pre and Post natal â?¢ Or to stay in shape, have fun and feel great! Qualifications: -Cert IV Personal Trainer Level 2 -Punchfit Certified -Level 1 Yoga Teacher -Nuitrition for sport and exercise -Rehabilitation- Baroona Physiotherapy. -Senior First aid and CPR If you want to get started with a knowledgable, motivating Personal trainer that actually cares or just want to know more about me and what i can offer i welcome you to contact me.
