The Dragon Fist Martial Arts system is a 'reality based self defence' system which means that it is designed for self defence and not sport. Students learn through training based around drill and applications, how to defend themselves against real attacks. Most martial arts now days are sports based (no striking to the eys, throat or groin - even in the UFC). Classes are small and occur on Mon 6:30 - 8pm (MMA) and Wed 6:30 - 8pm for Muay Thai kick boxing. The focus is on fitness, enjoyment, self defence and confidence. Private classes are available at $50 per hour. - Opening Hours:
