A regular yoga practice is the best prevention of ageing and sickness, and it will help with all of modern lifes ills and problems. Your bones will strengthen, your muscles will tone and weight loss is a natural part of a regular yoga practice. A recent study showed that people you practice yoga regularly loose more weight than people who walk regularly. The class is non competitive. Here are a few comments from our students.
