Fiona completed her yoga teacher training with Akash and Adam Bornstein from Radiant Light Yoga in 2008. While working full time in the professional area of Human Services, Fiona continued her passion of yoga teaching on a part time basis. In 2010 and 2011 Fiona completed Yoga Therapy training with Adam Bornstein. Fiona focused her internship on post traumatic stress disorder as a continuation of her interest in supporting people who have experienced difficulties in their lives. Yoga has been proven to demonstrate positive outcomes for people living with anxiety and depression. Fiona now only works as a yoga teacher in vaious locations across Brisbane. Fiona's style is to focus on the breath, and supporting people to be present and moving to their own edge. Recognising your own potential in your yoga practice is the key.
