Description:
A brief history of our origins Originally an idea in 1985 by 2 members of the Arana Leagues Club who thought it a good idea to create a darts club that players could enjoy, without traveling to all suburbs in the greater Brisbane district area. The response was well received and in early 1986 the NSDC was born, with one of the founding members becoming the first President. The first season started strongly with an A and B division with most teams playing out of the Arana Leagues Club, before Poker Machines, this has changed somewhat over the years with a total of 14 teams playing around various venues on Wednesday nights around the northern suburbs of Brisbane.
