This makes us both cost effective and efficient. Tom Fraser's history and qualifications Tom Fraser completed his apprenticeship AA a Carpenter and Joiner with C.E. Christians Construction in Cornwall England in 1981. Tom achieved City & Guilds One and Advanced City & Guilds doing a vast array of work from houses, to schools, to hospitals, to court rooms and some time in the joinery shop. Tom arrived in Australia in 1987 and moved to Mermaid Beach where he worked on various projects getting an array of experience Pacific Fair, to Sanctuary Cove, to Building luxury houses on the Isle Of Capri for John Witty Constructions. Tom also went to The Gold Coast T.A.F.E for two years and got a certificate in Building. Tom then worked as a leading hand controlling civil works, to working as a Site Manager in P.N.G, To designing and building office furniture for the Association Of Professional Surfers for which he won The Master Builders Award for office fit outs up to one million in two thousand. Since then Tom has largely been doing his own projects ranging from custom built and designed houses to large renovations,to boutique shops, to small commercial projects and of course small alterations
