Wastewater Treatment Plants - Rotating Disc Systems offer a comprehensive service from the Design through to the Commissioning of packaged systems. We have over 45 years combined experience in the industry and have the knowledge, resources and capability to undertake specific projects by being able to design our plants to meet regulators' specific requirements. Rotating disc systems provides systems for a treatment range of 20 people through to 2500 people with an effluent quality of Class A, B or C. The plants we manufacture are of gravity flow design, therefore eliminating the need for an array of pumps, blowers and compressors. This gravity flow design keeps operating costs down and the system reliable, robust and simple to operate. The design of the rotating disc system plant allows fluctuating flows through peak and off-peak times without effecting operation and can handle inconsistent concentrations of inflow characteristics from domestic and camp wastewater values. Our target sectors are: Mining, Holiday Parks, Townships and Council applications, Trade waste applications and Remote communities. We manufacture our systems at our facility and use local suppliers, we also endeavour to use suppliers and sub-contractors local to the project sites to minimise handling and freight costs where possible.
