Description:
Bedding arrangements are as follows:- One queen size bed upstairs in the spacious loft. Downstairs second bedroom 2 singles, third bedroom 1 double, 1 single.Pillows, Donnas and blankets are supplied. You do need to provide all other linen e.g. sheets,towels, tea towels. Comfortable lounge with 68cm TV, DVD, and Stereo. Separate dinning area. Modern kitchen with a fridge and Upright gas stove. Separate Toilet, Bathroom and Laundry. Laundry has a washing machine and large freezer. House is fully screened. Step outside on the verandah which runs along the front of the house and have a cold drink and if lucky our friendly Kookaburra's will join you. There is also a gas BBQ and 2 outdoor settings. Covered car accommodation is available. The house is solar powered with a generator back-up so you have power 24hrs a day . House is always cleaned after each tenants.
