Om Yoga Wellness Centre offers Hatha Yoga & Meditation classes in Brisbane, for all ages and all levels of fitness, ranging from deeply relaxing and meditative to very challenging and energizing. At Om Yoga Wellness Centre, our goal is to assist you in your journey for living in health, harmony and inner peace. Our program includes Beginners hatha yoga courses, Gentle yoga, Intermediate Yoga, Power Yoga, Chair Yoga for seniors and special Meditation classes. The Centre also runs a very specially designed Children Yoga program by Dr Vivek Mitter who has the experience of teaching more then 3000 children in different Brisbane state schools over the last 6 years. The children yoga classes range from yoga for 3-5 yr olds to 10- 13 yr old Senior yogi Our philosophy is to create an environment that is warm, inviting, encouraging and uplifting to the participants. We offer a variety of classes at different levels knowing that you will find a practice that suits you. Our aim is to make yoga accessible to all in a safe, nurturing and non-competitive environment. We focus on adapting the practice to the individual. If you are looking to achieve a strong, well balanced athletic, flexible, and youthful body or to take your fitness to new level try our Power Yoga course. We are centrally located in Brisbane and easily approachable from nearby suburbs of Oxley, Sumner, Riverhills, Jindalee, Middle park , Sherwood, Indooroopilly, Chappell Hill, Kenmore ,Corinda and Forestlake. - Opening Hours:
