Yoga and Kinesiology is everything you need. It is focused on providing a flow of energy to all systems of the body, a communication tool that enables a person to assess and upgrade their performance in all areas of their life. My belief is that in Learning about oneself we choose to Grow and as we release and surrender to the resistance, acceptance finds a place in our life, allowing us to Embrace it with love, grace and ease. In Yoga(union of the body) we move the body through an open eye mediation, gaining flexibility, strength and sensitivity for our mind, body, breath and spirit. We practice Asana (postures), Pranayama (specific breathing techniques that enhance the lungs, heart and brain capacity) and Mindfull Meditation (relaxation for the mind and diffusion of stress). Using props such as bolsters, blankets, belts and blocks to assist all levels of yoga from beginners to advanced, whether you are pre/post natal, injured, rehabilitating, stressed or you have less than perfect health. In Kinesiology we use muscle feedback as a stress monitor to identify imbalances in a client's structural, chemical, mental and emotional energy systems. Together we create, restore and maintain vitality by re-activating the body's built-in healing ability as well as identifying external factors affecting our well-being, for optimum health. Through monitoring your stress and imbalances within the body, it enables people to detect and correct various imbalances that may relate to: *stress/anxiety/fatigue *nutrition/allergies *learning difficulties/behavioural issues *minor injuries/pre&post injuries *other issues you may meet in your daily life Your needs are met without judgement and I am committed to facilitating a positive change towards one's journey in a space of love, respect and care. - Opening Hours:
