Using a combination of Yoga, Pilates and several other exercise techniques, Toning Yoga is a total body workout. Stretch and Flow Yoga focuses on releasing tight muscles and calming and quietening the mind. A great way to relax, ease neck and shoulder tightness, increase blood flow and balance emotions. W.O.W For Kids is a program that has been developed specifically to meet the needs of school-aged children. A combination of dance, music, yoga, acrobatics, stories and games, W.O.W For Kids is a class full of laughs, friendship and creativity. Dinky Darlin's is the perfect activity for your little 2 - 5 year old, Dinky Darlin's is a great way to bond with your child, through the combination of songs, dance, stories, games and yoga.
