You may also be simply trying to get fit or train for an athletic event, wondering how to maximise your physical potential through good nutrition while avoiding training plateaus, injuries and nutritional deficiencies. The good news is... I can help you! I am a registered Naturopathic Nutritionist, Iridologist and Fitness professional. Having worked in the Fitness Industry for the past 15 years and the natural Therapy Industry for the past 5 years, I have a great passion for helping and educating people from different walks of life on the benefits of living a healthy life incorporating diet, exercise and, in some cases, nutritional supplements to help individuals reach their optimum health potential and goals. I am a wife and mother of 2 young children and greatly value the importance of creating healthy eating habits and fit environments for kids and families. I have followed a vegetarian diet for over 20 years, and have a positive and supportive approach to vegetarian and vegan diets, and yet a respectful and helpful approach to other diets which include meat.
