In today's society we are generally time-poor, stressed and overwhelmed. It's often all to easy to preach what one should be doing and not at all easy to put it all into practice. My approach to health is to help each client learn the best way to work with their personal challenges and demands. The steps needed to improve your health must be achievable and not create more stress for you than the original problem. My advice is practical and realistic and suitable for anyone who desires to be healthy, no matter your current circumstances. I work under the premise that the body has the capacity to heal itself if given the right conditions. I seek the cause of your health concerns as well as addressing your symptoms. I aim to work with you to promote the natural healing of your body as well as to educate, empower and motivate you to take control of your health and to understand what has contributed to your current health situation. Treatment: I believe that you need to be involved in every step of your health restoration. Education, motivation and empowerment are major components of my approach to treatment with every client. My role is to support and educate you to enable you to regain and maintain your health. This serves to give you back responsibility for your own health and the power to determine your future health status. Along with teaching you about your current state of health, I use a range of methods to assist in the healing process and re-establish balance. Each client receives a tailored treatment program depending on their needs.
