COME JOIN THE REVOLUTION Revolution Hairdressing is a boutique Salon passionately lead by Sandra and Andre Faiva who between them have over 40 years experience within the Hairdressing industry. Their respective careers have seen them progress from stylists to salon owners, platform artists and industry award winners with both Toni & Guy & Vidal Sassoon. Although the Salon is their primary focus, Sandra is currently the Queensland Ambassador for leading hair brand Kevin.Murphy. While Andre is the QLD and NSW educator for leading hair brands Cloud Nine and Evo. 2 time finalists for Australian Hairdresser of the Year, Andre & Sandra previously owned and operated the Toni & Guy Brisbane CBD & Emporium salons and after 14 years with the company decided to branch out and create their own boutique hairdressing experience. "We have always wanted to create our own culture and philosophy towards hairdressing. At our Salon we feel we have created an environment that is directly focused on our clients needs. Although technical skills are important, Revolution realises that the greatest skill for any hairdresser is their ability to communicate, listen and develop relationships with their clients. It is these skills that truly separate a great hairdresser from a good hairdresser. At Revolution we strongly believe that there is no point in giving someone a technically perfect haircut and colour if it's not the one they wanted! "We feel that Revolution Hairdressings real point of difference is our combined 40 years of experience listening and building relationships with our clients, it's this experience of really learning how to listen and extract the clients needs that truly sets us apart. We have won many awards, but it is the work we do on our clients everyday that really defines us as hairdressers".
