Unfortunatley we do not refund any money once hair has been purchased. MAINTAINING THE LIFE OF YOUR TAPE HAIR EXTENSIONS 1. Avoid pulling hair or brushing hair roughly. Detangle hair with a wide tooth comb and carefully comb any tangles so not to pull on the hair. A light detangler is ok but not to be sprayed on or near the tape. 2. Avoid harsh shampoos and shampoos with alot of alcohol or slippery shampoos with silicon. This can cause the tape to slip. Avoid this kind of shampoo. A mild, clarifying shampoo works best. 3. Do not apply any conditioner to the tape at all. Doing so will cause the tape to slip. Apply conditioner to the nape through hair ends only. 4. Do not use any heat on the tape. Curling and straightening the hair is fine but make sure not to apply heat near the tape. ** If any of the above happens and the tape slips, you will need to reapply new tape and possibly add some liquid adhesive for a stronger hold**
