I offer mindfulness meditation courses for absolute beginners and regular classes in guided meditation. Private instruction also available. MASSAGE I offer remedial massage, deep tissue massage, pregnancy massage, sports massage, relaxation massage, aromatherapy massage, traditional Thai massage, remedial stretching and trigger point therapy. All health fund rebates are available. LEARN RELAXATION MASSAGE Learn the ancient art of full body, relaxation massage from an experienced therapist. Whether you are curious about massage therapy as a profession or want to learn to indulge family and friends, this is the workshop for you. Over 2 days, you will learn professional massage techniques, safety considerations, a full body massage sequence, introduction to aromatherapy and lots more.
