I have extensive training in a wide range of techniques. I can work with you to provide personalised massage that suits your needs perfectly. One area I specialise in is pain-free deep tissue massage and stretching techniques. It's proved to be very effective. For example, I have a client that had been seeing a chiropractor weekly for years for painful neck and shoulder muscles and frequent headaches. She had also seen medical doctors who mostly prescribed muscle relaxants. She wasn't getting much relief from either approach. She even tried a "deep tissue" massage years ago, but the therapist had hurt her. She was extremely frustrated and often sat at her desk at work and just cried. She came to see me after one of her colleagues insisted she try my massage, promising her that it wouldn't hurt. After a few sessions her neck and shoulder muscles began to loosen and her headaches lessened.
