Yoga therapy classes are held in our studio at 2 Ceratodus Court, Lawnton each week. We follow ancient Vedic tradition. Each month we hold Yoga Workshops where we work more fully into postures, working with the breath to deepen your experience and to fully realise the benefits of yoga. Guided meditations assist in discovering the unknown realms of your mind. Teacher Training Mentoring available. Marina is an Ayurvedic practitioner, consulting in lifestyle, diet and nutrition; an Ayurvedic massage therapist and a Reiki master. An Ayurvedic cooking course will teach you how to set up your kitchen and cook some delicious Ayurvedic recipes the whole family will enjoy. Reiki healings are available and regular certificate courses are held during the year for Reiki 1, Reiki II and Reiki master students. - Opening Hours:
