S.E.P. provides services to many well-known and highly reputable companies who require specialised components such as large diameter rolled threads on piston rods/shafts up to 3 meters in length, used in the petroleum industry. Propeller shafts and associated components for the marine industry. Also manufacturing plungers coated in stellite or H.V.O.F. then precision ground to fine tolerances +or- .0005' for the fertiliser industry. These are just to name a few specialised products that S.E.P. provides to valued clients. I have a modern workshop with new lathe capabilities up to 3 meters between centres and can swing 650mm dia, both lathes and milling machines have digital readouts for precise turning and milling applications. I have worked in the engineering industry now as a qualified fitter, turner, machinist for 23 years and have a vast knowledge in the light to heavy machining fields. S.E.P. is a 24 hour, 7 day a week on call operation.
