While enjoying the relationships we have been able to build with our patients over the years, we genuinely care about our treatment outcomes and the positive effect it has on our patient lives. *Caring for young feet* Many adult foot problems have their origins in childhood, an assessment of the child's feet, posture and function is an important step in preventing future problems. *Gait analysis* We use state-of-the-art computerised video gait analysis equipment to more accurately assess and diagnose the feet and lower limbs when walking and running. This greatly assists us with the diagnosis and treatment of foot and leg conditions. *Orthotic therapy* Our orthotics are computer aided in design and manufacturing, utilising Scan-Any 3D equipment and software for ultimate accuracy and comfort. We fabricate both soft and firm orthotics, offering maximum control and comfort for all foot types and shoes including fashion conscious footwear. *Sports injuries* Many injuries in the foot and lower limb could be overuse injury caused by malalignment in your body. Common conditions associated with this are heel pain, ankle sprain, achilles pain, shin splints, knee, hip and lower back pain. Our treatment can involve electro-physical therapy, footwear assessment and orthotic therapy to correct the alignment. *Diabetic care* Poor blood flow and loss of sensation in the feet makes skin more vulnerable to breakdown and delayed healing. This could result in foot ulcers and serious complications. Diabetic foot assessment including measuring blood flow and pulse rate using Doppler ultrasound and identifying early changes in nerve competency is recommended for preventative care.
