Kinesiology is a complementary medicine which combines western techniques with eastern wisdom. Kinesiology sessions last for an hour and a half. After your session you will be provided with a personalised home support programme to continue the benefits of your session, helping you to reach your goal. A vibrational essence is often prescribed.
