We endeavour to create designs that are individual, site specific and sustainably conscious, while responding to the clients aspirations and needs. The team at BBBD take on all projects with committed enthusiasm ensuring the project meets with our ethical beliefs and design integrity, ensuring both the clients and relative authorities are more than happy with the final designs. We are passionate about creating low impact buildings, utilising passive solar design, shading, extensive ventilation and environmentally sustainable materials. Extensive client consultation is part and parcel of our approach. As it makes good sense on most occasions we come to you as the site and working with it plays a pivotal role in the design. During the initial visit we work through our own carefully constructed set of questions which help us get a better understanding of you the client, your needs and your expectations. Some preliminary measurements, sketches and photographs will be taken. From that meeting we go away analyse all the information and prepare a written quotation for our services. These could include: * Preparation of a Concept Design * All documentation required for Development Application * The recommending (if required) of other Consultants e.g. Surveyors, Geotechnical Engineer, Structural Engineer * Preparation of Working Drawings * Council Submission (Private Certifier) * Tender Process * Project Management The Big Bang team's attention to detail is quickly enhancing our growing reputation.
