EVERYONE can do Zumba! Come along and try a class with me, Karen Rutten, in Woodcroft, South Australia. I'm a Level 2 Zumba Instructor and I've got 14 years experience teaching in the fitness industry. I was one of the first Zumba instructors trained here in Adelaide and the first to bring Zumba to the south. All class details including prices, venue and times can be found on my website, Regular Classes, all at the same venue: Emmaus Catholic School - cnr Pimpala Rd & Todd St, Woodcroft TUES: 7:00pm - ZUMBA WED: 7:30pm - BOKWA THURS: 7:00pm - ZUMBA TONING FRI: 7:30pm - *Feature Class* 1st Friday of the month only SAT: 9:30am - ZUMBA *all classes run for 1hr and cost is $10, multi-class discounts available, please ask at class or check the website. * the Feature Class changes each month, and will be a non-Zumba class. Zumba is called "exercise in disguise", as you won't even realise you are working out until you realise how much you've sweat at the end of the class. Watch your body transform before your eyes as you get fit, lose weight and tone up, while partying to the awesome music! Bokwa is where we draw out letters and numbers on the ground with out feet, to the latest and most awesome original-artist music! We'll "Sweat the Alphabet and Dance the Digits". So easy to pick-up, no need to learn tricky steps or choreography, it's so easy and so much fun. I promise to make your first class an enjoyable and fulfilling experience for you, not to mention FUN!
