As a mobile personal training service, I can come to you or we can meet somewhere suitable. You now have the ability to enjoy your training in an environment of your choice. I will supply the equipment needed and you don't have to be concerned with crowded, noisy gyms if they aren't your scene. (however if you prefer to work in a gym the sessions can be carried out in a gym at Mile End or Morphett Vale) My goal is to help you achieve your goals in a fun and exciting way. I prefer to work with you to enable you to learn more about exercise, making it easier for you to safely train by yourself. Every workout is tailored to your individual ability, needs and goals. A convenient, affordable and fun way to meet your health and fitness goals. Initial consultation, postural assessment and fitness assessment comes free of charge. Basic Costs: Half hour session $30 Hour session $50 Discounts apply for purchases of 5 or more sessions. Please email or call for more information.
