Actin Health and Fitness is a private equipped personal training studio. Actin Health and Fitness operates in a number of ways such as within Actins private studio environment, mobile personal training i.e. meeting in a park or local area or I can come to you. I am a fully qualified personal Trainer Cert 3 & 4 and i am also an advanced fitball instructor and fitness Pilates Instuctor. My passion is helping mums get back into shape. I have two kiddies of my own and i understand the struggle of weightloss, tiredness and also the lack of time that us mummys deal with. Thats why i am am happy to travel to you, so you can start feeling better about yourself and your body. I am happy to assist any person, mum or not to achieve thier fitness goals. I offer a further range of services they include weight loss, group fitness and general fitness. Group Fitness as follows: FUN FITNESS BOOTCAMP (Consists of circuit type activities and fitness drills) WHEN: Thursdays 6-7 pm Saturdays 10-11 am WHERE: Ladywood Reserve, Modbury Heights Cnr of Miline Rd and Ladywood Rd, Modbury Heights COST: $10 per session FITNESS PILATES CLASS (Consists of 1/2hr fitness circuit, finished with 1/2hr Pilates session) WHEN: Thursdays 7-8 pm Saturday 9-10 am WHERE: Ladywood Reserve, Modbury Heights Cnr of Miline Rd and Ladywood Rd, Modbury Heights COST: $10 per session All levels of fitness catered for.
