Serenity Yoga & Meditation studio is a private serene space located in St Georges (Burnside), South Australia. Group classes are offered in 8 week terms and are limited to 6 participants. Booking ESSENTIAL. One on one classes & therapeutic sessions are also available. For more info or to book your place ring or email us. Your teacher has practiced hatha yoga since the age of 12 and is passionate about its value in our life on every level spiritual, mental, emotional and physical. Her private yoga studio is named Serenity Yoga to honour the amazing depth of peace and serenity that ensues from a regular yoga practice. Belle is a registered yoga instructor with both Yoga Australia and Yoga Alliance (international). She has completed over 1000 hours of yoga teacher training in hatha yoga and continues her studies undertaking additional training in Kundalini Yoga and Yoga Therapy (the specific therapeutic application of yoga). She is also a registered nurse practicing as a naturopath and counsellor in private practice Inhale, and God approaches you. Hold the inhalation, and God remains with you.
