Got our shed floor concreted. The expansion lines were wonky and there were gouges in the concrete and a very rough finish. A very bad job. Schinella said he would refund the cost of the labour ($900), we agreed to pay the cost of the materials as that was fair. Not seen a cent back. We message him and he does not reply. Nothing but a bad job, $3500 lost. Do not use, not professional at all and a very poor job, very poor quality.

At the time you refused to take responsibility. I have sought advice on this matter, as the cabling was damaged by you, you are responsible for the repair work so gates are fully operational as they were before the damage occured.

I find it quite laughable that these people have put bad reviews when i do not even know them. I have received any phone calls or letters nor have i Received any correspondence from the CBS. I ask that these people provide me photos of this apparent bad work. Customers who have issues should raise a dispute with the trades person and if there is no immediate resolution, contact CBS ph 131 882 or www.cbs.sa.gov.au After all, CBS allocates the builders license. CBS also has a record of disputes.

Super friendly in the beginning happy to help out. You pay a deposit you tell him you have a bank loan that\'s no issue. Then asks for cash and tell you he doesn\'t like bank loans and if you pay cash he will do it cheaper. Speak down to you. Arrogant and rude. Concrete has massive cracks only 9 months old. Areas of exposed concrete has partly areas and some area rocks are fall out of. Have contacted numerous times but seems to think this is normal. Please do your research. Sometimes the cheaper price or discount isn\'t worth it. I wish I saw this page before I signed up with him.

I came across this page when googling Adelaide concrete businesses. After reading the reviews, I remembered not to believe any online reviews. Obviously there are some very happy customers. The ones that are’nt obviously have other issues. Why dont they resolve things with the business privately? Where is the evidence? Why is there a four year gap between reviews? The business page on social media is probably more informative. I wIll be looking there.
