At Better Health 4 All we cover all aspects of health and nutrition, covering everything from weight loss, weight gain, weight maintenance, sports nutrition and of course general health and wellbeing. We work with clients individually and in group sessions. Our aim is to help our clients become accountable for their health and wellbeing goals and move them towards lifestyle changes to discover dynamic health not passive health. Our products of choice are Herbalife. Herbalife has been around for over 32 years and is regarded as leaders in health and nutritional products and supplements. Our group session include Weight Loss Challenges. Our Weight Loss Challenges aim to educate and motivate clients to lose weight and more importantly keep it off. Challenges are interactive fun and educational. They are at a great price of $49 for 12 weeks, with cash prizes going to the top 3 results. We offer eating plans and a supportive environment. We limit classes to 25 so we can keep classes personal. Better Health 4 All has recently launched Fit Club. Fit Club is Fun and Free. Attendees can work out at own fitness level and will be instructed by Angela Land or Rejane Cowen. These classes run Tues and Thurs 12pm to 1pm and Saturday from 9am to 10am. - Brands:
