Along with the studios state of the art equipment, KFM's professional staff are there to help achieve short and long term fitness goals. The concept is for the studios trainers to give hands on guidance and motivation throughout each session. The service offered is in between a commercial gym and a personal trainer. Who is the KFM fitness studio for? KFM is for people of all fitness levels. We can cater for the many varied goals that are set by clients, whether it be improving Cardio Vascular fitness, muscle strength and/or toning, injury rehabilitation, weight loss, sport and event specific training or just for a healthy lifestyle. Booking training times At KFM we keep the environment private and personal. To achieve this we use a booking system with two sessions available every fifteen minutes. Clients training lasts approximately one hour. This way there will be no more than eight people in the studio at one time under the guidance of our professional staff. Bookings are made in advance to ensure clients get their desired timeslot.
