2 Brand new fully self contained apartments with absolute beachfront position. Each unit is over 150m2, and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Front deck is expansive and overllooks Bass Strait some 30 metres away, and rear deck looks back towards Penguin and the Dial Mountain Range.Units completed in January 2012, were architectually designed initially for owners occupation but are now used as top of market overnight and extended stay accomodation. They are situated right in heart of Penguin a seaside town of approx 5000+ people between Ulversone on the east some 10 minutes and Burnie on the west approx 15 minutes. Penguin is well serviced with top quality restaurants Wild, and Casablanca, but book early for these.Units also adjoin supermarkets,pubs,banks etc. but it is the ocean views that is the ultimate hero and have been described in visitor book as 7 star views. We are approx a bit over an hour from Cradle Mt and Stanley, so quite often customers base here and travel daily to these amongst plenty of attractions of Tasmanias North West Coast. Apartments have 2 quuen size beds (Latex) and a single bed if required, off street parking, full laundry, Free Wi-Fi provided.Everything you require ,best quality, in absolute prime destination.
