Comprehensive Holistic Care Dr. Benji Trenkner co-founded the clinic in 2006 at the top end of Collins Street, near the corner of Spring Street. Specialising in: IVF and Womens Health Musculo-skeletal injury Facial Rejuvenation Immune deficiencies Mens Health Pain elimination Mind-Body Disharmony Common and complex illnesses Dr. Benji is concerned with giving the patient a full range of strategies and education to allow better healing and greater support throughout the treatment process. The importance of the way the Mind and Body unifies is of the utmost importance in the treatment strategies Dr.Benji employs. A typical consultation and treatment involves a thorough health assessment, acupuncture and dispensing of a personalised herbal formula, as well as a personalised diet and exercise plan. The initial consultation takes about 1 hour, and subsequent consultations take between 30-45 minutes. Dr. Benji Trenkner holds Degrees in both Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine (TCHM) and Traditional Chinese Acupuncture (TCA), is a member of the Chinese Medicine Registration Board, and the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA). He has also studied various forms of massage therapy and has studied in Osaka and Kyoto in the fields of Japanese Acupuncture and Kampo (Japanese herbal medicine).
