Complete Osteopathic Care offers osteopathic treatment for a wide range of aches, pains and injuries that occur throughout the body. *Sports injuries * Low back pain * Neck and Shoulder pain * Headaches * Injuries to other joints such as hips, knees, ankles, elbows and wrists. Osteopaths provide hands on treatment via soft tissue massage, muscle energy techniques, joint articulation and manipulation, among many other techniques. The treatment is different for each individual, and will be based upon your medical history and a physical examination. This involves simple joint movements and tests to determine the origin of your symptoms. The options for treatment will be discussed with you prior to any techniques being performed. At Complete Osteopathic Care you will be treated by Dr Rhianon Carey (Registered Osteopath). Dr Rhianon Carey has a special interest in sports injuries and is highly focused on involving her patients in their recovery. Specific stretches and exercises will be prescribed to you to help maintain the treatment and help in reducing re-injury. The clinic has a HICAPs facility, which enables patients with extras on their private health insurance to claim on the spot. There is no need to send away your receipts. Just have your private health insurance card with you, we swipe it through the eftpos terminal you only pay the gap. The Opening Hours for the clinic are flexible throughout the week, with late evening appointments available of Wednesday and Thursday.
