A specialized approach to manual therapy for holistic wellbeing. My name is Joshua Wood, the Trigger Point Assassin. I am a Remedial Massage Therapist, based in Melbourne, Victoria, specializing in returning muscle to full function and the pain relief through Triggerpoint Therapy, Massage, and other manual techniques. I believe improperly functioning muscle is one of the major causes of chronic pain: from headaches and sore backs to painful knees and achy hips. Coming from a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts background, I have a keen understanding of the importance of fully functional muscles in the sporting world, and love working with athletes and sporting injuries.
