Priscilla ensures that her approach is focused on real food, real eating, being physically active, and can fit into your work and social life. If you would like a meal plan, you will be provided with one as part of the initial consultation at no extra cost. The plan will be tailored to your food preferences and contain the right amount of kilojoules/calories to help you lose weight. If you do not feel you need a meal plan, Priscilla can show you what changes you to made to manage your weight and improve your health. Priscilla has a special interest in diabetes, weight management, cardiovascular disease (high cholesterol and triglycerides, high blood pressure), gastrointestinal disorders, nutrition for pregnancy, and sports nutrition. You can be self-referred or be referred by your GP. Bulk Billing (with small gap payment) is available for those referred by GPs under an Enhanced Primary Care Plan. Pension holders and health care card holders will get a discount. Costs may be claimable with private health insurance extra cover.
