In using shiatsu on particular parts of the body, following the meridian system and pressure points, the practitioner aims to aid the body in rediscovering its natural energetic flow. Dr Manaka spent his entire life working in the medical field with both western and oriental therapies. His legacy are his protocols, which can involve devices, Moxibustion, Cupping, Sotai and more with the purpose of recalibrating the ions in the body, therefore re balancing the bodyâ??s system. I like to provide the opportunity for people to have a quiet space where they can sit in a warm deep soaking bath either before a treatment or as a treatment in itself.
