Welcome to The Reiki Cottage Reiki Treatments available by appointment. Enjoy a private treatment in a relaxing environment. Feel the stresses of the world fade away as the gentle energy of Reiki nurtures your body, mind and spirit. Reiki is used for relaxation, pain management, as a complementary modality in conjunction with orthodox medical treatments, as a spiritual practice, to help with anxiety and depression......the choice is yours. Treatments are $70 for an hour. On-going Reiki Circle for Reiki Channels (all Usui lineages welcome) Wednesday mornings (first Wednesday of the month) 10am ? 12.pm and every Wednesday evening 7.30 - 9.30 pm. This is a time for you to practise your Reiki, meet like-minded others, and learn more ($15.) For those who would like to experience Reiki and are not yet channels or who have interested friends, there?s a special price of $25 for a Reiki treatment at one of these circles. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is an psychological form of acupuncture except that we don't use needles. Instead, we tap with the fingertips to stimulate certain meridian energy points while the client is "tuned in" to an issue, usually releasing the emotional "pull" of the problem. For instance, when we have a craving for chocolate, we can do the tapping sequence and the craving is eliminated! EFT can work on fears, addictions, phobias, limiting beliefs and many other issues. Having great success with people with a fear of flying! Private Sessions are available ($90), and 3 hour ?Intro to EFT? workshops are held from time to time. ($120) Theta Healing is also available Theta Healing Theta has been the surprise modality of the year for me. I always try things on myself first and I have used theta to help me with my control issues as well as to open my heart to love ~ quite magical!
