Each patient is given personalised dietary advice to help heal any current conditions and as a life long plan to provide the best possible energy and health. Erika is also a Reiki Master and provides hands-on energetic treatments to provide spiritual and emotional balance and also provide relief from physical ailments such as digestive, joint or menstrual pain. A Reiki treatment leaves the patient feeling extremely relaxed, yet clear headed and focused. Reiki can be used on it's own or combined within the naturopathic treatment plan. Erika is also available to teach Reiki I and II and provide ongoing support.
