Monica's experience in the field of psychology spans approximately twenty years and has included specialist work in the area of sexual abuse; as well as anger management, anxiety, child psychology, depression, eating disorders, family issues, grief and loss, life transition, parenting issues, phobias, post natal depression, sexuality issues, self esteem issues, stress management, sleep disturbance and trauma.
