It is non-judgemental, and I work with you in an empathetic manner to help you solve your problems. Almost all problems can be solved, I believe. I tailor make my counselling approach according to your needs, as you are unique, and so are your needs. Anything said in a counselling session is completely confidential. Services Offered I offer Affordable Hypnotherapy, Family, Relationship Counselling & Psychotherapy For Individuals, Couples, Families, Adolescents, and Children. I can help you with: Smoking, Losing Weight, Phobias, Relationships, Post Natal Depression, Eating Disorders, OCD, Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Self Esteem, Anger Management; including Road Rage, Conflict Resolution, Sexual Issues, Parenting, Bullying, Alcohol Problems, and Grief/Loss.**Open late, 7 days a week, in both Healesville and Warburton** Techniques/Therapies Main techniques/therapies which I have found over many years to be most effective are: Hypnotherapy , Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Neuro linguistic Programming (NLP), Rational Emotive Therapy (RET) , and Life Coaching; which includes focusing on a healthy diet, exercise, meditation, and achieving a happier life through satisfying your mental and physical needs. Qualifications I have successfully completed a major in psychology, at Monash University, as part of a Bachelor of Social Science Degree, and have over 10 years counselling experience. Completed training in NLP, Life Coaching , Hypnotherapy, CBT, Family, and Relationship Counselling. In addition, I am a prolific reader of psychological and New Age? research and I am constantly updating and evaluating the techniques and methods I use.
